NARANGA KIZHI
Naranga kizhi is well known by the name " Jumbeera Pinda Sweda".
Naranga Kizhi is a procedure in which lemon along with other medicines are replicas relojes selected based on their analgesic and anti inflammatory properties. The combination serves the purpose of relieving pain and inflammation of the joints and tissues.
Here the procedure is same as Pathra Pinda Sweda. The person is made to lie over droni, abhyanga is performed for few minutes with medicated oil followed by Jumbeera Pinda Sweda,where bolus which is prepared with the medicated lemon is dipped in the heated oil and sudation is given to the affected part.
